I totally agree. Besides, it shows the Korean side of the war, since it was them the ones who suffered the most in the war (even if the war scenes are quite a bit over the top).

Also, you can celebrate a victory, or regret a defeat. But what do you do with a stalemate?

I picked up a film titled 'How the American imperialists started the Korean war' while I was at the Pyongyang Korean war museum.
