With nov 18th beta, we have a landless AI duke of Kappadokia in the Independent Dukes MP game. While it's a modded scenario, it could occur in vanilla, I believe. The thing is that duke of Kappadokia lost all of his demesne provs, but still had a vassal around. However, he didn't revoke his only vassal's province to get back to map or if he did, he did it only once or twice and didn't succeed.
Now, if it does occur in vanilla and is not some anomaly in the scenario, would it be a bug? We have got the same landless duke issue happening for few other AI dukes too, but as the duke of Kappadokia has been landless for twenty years or so and right on my border, I have been keeping track of mostly just him.
