The laundry doesn't work

I have found some problems in the use of the game named Prison Architect- I found that at some point in the game, the prison laundry will not work, and so on.
The specific situation is that at the beginning of the archive, my prison laundry was in normal operation. When I was away from the last archive point, I did the following operations, including but not limited to: clone the room, modify the area and fire some cleaners. As a result, prison inmates working in the laundry do not recycle dirty clothes, they just hang out in the laundry area, and this is an irreversible situation. I have searched the Internet, but I still can't solve it. How can I solve this problem?
Another problem is that guards don't always respond to runaway prisoners. They just stare at them and, worse, let them through the gate.

I am having a similar issue, prisoners don't work in the laundry room, only janitors do. Prisoners will still move the landry baskets, and there are fresh uniforms of the beds of every single prisoner, yet they never get used and the prisoner's clothing need stays on max, which leads to very unhappy prisoners.
