Hello. What is their logic of movement? Why do they choose these routes at this interchange?

Why would you make an overpass if you also giving the access to the roundabout?
Remove some of your unnecessary roads and your citizens will also take the roads you want them to take. Of course they would always choose the motorway as it is the fastest way.

Road Hierarchy.
Pink route. The route they prefer is faster Highway roads. Not the slower arterial or connector roads on the bridge. Try making the bridge all six lanes for road speed. It's then the shorter route almost as fast.
Red route and pink route. You might try replacing the roundabout road with slower one way roads. Then the slip lanes and bridge will be the faster way to go. Make a back up save before you begin. If it works keep it, if it does not delete it.
Make sure you do not accidentally have any stop signs in place or traffic lights on.

Of course they make sense, this is what is known as a roundabout. How else is traffic from bottom left corner going to get to upper left corner?
