the Missionary, Coring, culture conversion characters/sprites are not showing up on the map, the province doesn't even have the indicator line for how long its going to take to convert/core the province

Steps to reproduce​

no steps suddenly happened,, tried to restart even, and deleted and reinstalled nothing happened
