So started out playing as the Greyjoys during the faith rebellion bookmark, and "the most devout armies" are actually fighting as allies of king Meagor. I am pretty sure they are supposed to be fighting the Iron throne, not allies correct?

Could they perhaps BOTH be your enemies and still be fighting each other? (for example if you're raiding) because that kind of thing has happened to me.

I thought this also at first, but then i loaded up as the Iron Throne Targaryean and they were green (his allies).

Did you let the game run a day? Sometimes it has issues with allied armies looking like they are fighting each other on startup but if you wait a day it goes back to normal

So ok, I may have been wrong. Here is the issue, and maybe it's not an issue, but it seems to be. I made a custom ruler of the Iron Isles. When the scenario booted up, I chose to rebel (break free), nothing happened at that point. I assume cuz i made a custom character, no biggie. I waited. After a couple years after the throne won the war, and I was vassal again, I declared war again for independence. Now when I do this, there is this massive "most devout" army running around, allied to the Iron throne, with full strength. I guess when he won the first war, he got the entire army? it seems very odd.

That is the event army the high septon gains, seems like he lost without losing alot of men.
