So I'm playing Rome for the first time this fine Saturday and something really odd-seeming is happening. The Seleucids have allied with Egypt and they've both been at war with Carthage for about the last 100 years give or take. Much of the time all of Carthage has been occupied, but it just never ends. Maybe the Seleucids want to occupy it all themselves? Is this a somewhat regular occurrence or a very strange game?

Holy hell, their war exhaustion must be through the roof.
I challenge you, young grasshopper: Play as Carthage, accept a *suitable* peace (probably give up a few provinces and lots of cash--if any exists), then try to save your nation, since your revolt risk is probably >100% everywhere.
