Does the MDS scenario 1.6 run with the Darkest Hour engine because it lags badly on the Hoi2 engine.

I've got an idea for an scenario in this mod. It's based on Supreme Ruler: 2020 shattered world scenario. Starting date is December 22, 2012. It's an "worst case scenario" where the US dollar and the EU(or one of them) collapses and this, added with the recent protests and dissent, added with the escalating tensions between NK and SK, the recent tensions in the "Arab Spring" transition to democracy, as well as Iran and Israel causes the world to fall into chaos, fracturing into many nations and city-states

Now the best option for this is probably wait for the complete port of the mod, so i think that the project ends here. (Im working in another mini-mod)

There's still 1989 turning point! The first version of that is gonna be complete soon. And they said that if the mod is popular they might add MDS events.
And there was an HOI3 MDS project that is going on strong as I recall
And oh, who's gonna port MDS over to DH anyways?
Supeerme and Paul Hanson were working on it, but as you know Supeerme stopped, and I don't know if anyone has heard of Paul Hanson in quite some time. He even got as far as the invasion of Iraq on the new map...
This mod needs to merge with Supermee's modern war project. I have never seen a completed modern war mod materialize on this forum, yet alone seen some 10 projects.
Even if your design policy is different you have to so much work that has to be done in common. Ministers, tech teams, tech tree and countries are all basically the same. As for the different design policy, release two different scenarios in the same mod.
Don't reinvent the wheel. We already have four competing HOI-games. So much more fruitful with close cooperation....

i'm waiting for hoi2geek (leader of supeerme's MDS convert) to come back online and give me the files for that modern war scenario, i'm then going to message the turning point team and see if they want them. If not then i'll try to gather a team to start work on the 2003 scenario and then offer that to turning point , or i'll work with however is interested on this thread. I'd rather hand leadership of it over as well being as i can barely write events
