A new long discussion about Germany as a not leading part of NATO? :(

Germany is the center (economic at first(!)) of EU. EU must be in MOD as one of main unions (my base idea). Germany is "major"-major.
Why everyone is crazy with it? I always think that western-word consider Germany as the center of Europe... :confused:
 
its not personal, i am cool with germany, but ok i should have asked this first, what does Major "Major" mean, more events, because in hoi2 the majors are, according to a type of trigger, GER, ENG, ITA, SOV, USA, JAP, CHI, FRA, do they control the world affairs or are they just the center, germany as a major major is not a problem

and what will happen in this mod any alt-history

If the EU has to be represented, it's certainly a better choice than France, I think.

Grand-countries are the countries I think at first rate.
Major countries are the countries I think at second rate.
(including and event also)
Minor-countries are nowdays not-thinkable by me :rolleyes:

Mod will be dynamic - ONLY alt-history. All events will work only on dynamic triggers, I hope.

I don't believe they can be the center of Europe Union. Frenchmen are too piecefully after the Great War, they have no will. Germany had not riots and France had them. Because germany policeman killed the turkman when he had been threaten. And german society, political and other leaders considered it normally. Even training time (for shooting) for police was rised because of injury of cop. Germany has he base, foundation for leading position in Europe - it is thier national society structure.

Even de Gaulle(?) can do nothing with frenchmen... It is my private point of view.

I don't want to prove something or humiliate somebody.
 
ok, when you put the smile i thought you meant they were a myth ;)

and france has a very nice tank Leclerc 2, it is increadably comparable to its counterparts
-Leopard 2A6
-M1A2 Abrams
-Challenger 2

i think, though this is talking in 2006, though i think the Leclerc 1 was pretty good to

i don't think the french are in as much of a hot spot as the other parts of history.

just saying :)

I think it's pretty evident that France is incapable of maintaining their own sovereignty, much less leading Europe or taking on any truly significant role in the world.

germany had riot during and after ww1, but not after ww2 and the same goes for france. I'm not argueing for a change I am just saying that France is a major player

although if you put a scale of importance for every country in the world, many countries look the same compared to the US

I don't want to see France as leading of EU country. But it is grand-country.

I meant by riots that french society can't solve its inner problems. How can it lead the nations of Europe to world's domaining? :) (arabs and negroes)
