The General Idea
A fantasy Europe is torn and broken, its provinces divided amongst one hundred nations. Guide your nation in its quest to amass land, wealth, and power. You will need it - explorers have discovered vast tracts of land outside Europe, ripe for the taking, while to the southeast, vast hordes of savages are knocking at the gates of Europe. New philosophies expound on the need for colonization while bitter war rages at home. Will you heed the call and send your legions overseas? Or will you conquer the Europe that your fellow monarchs have unduly abandoned? Based on Kaigon’s Independent Europe Scenario, the Not So Independent Scenario takes players into a completely different Europa Universalis experience. Enjoy.
Installation information
1. Un..rar? the .rar anywhere, make a new folder in your eu2 directory named "NSIS" and then install NSIS.exe into it.
2. Now the hard, annoying part that i will correct hopefully by monday: take all the files in "units" and "palette" and move them into the "units" and "palette" folder in your eu2/gfx directory. you SHOULD NOT overwrite anything!! if windows asks you to PLEASE TELL ME.
3. Take the NSIS shortcut and move it to your Desktop or wherever. When you want to play NSIS, click on the shortcut.

For Version History see the NSISreadme.doc file included in the download.
Right now this is just a BETA VERSION. By now most everything is working, but it is not perfect. This is intended for bug fixing and getting a glipse of what will one day be, without a doubt, the best mod I have ever made.
Please give this scenario a try if you are looking for something new and want to help a newbie modder out! :^)
