he actually cultureswitched to croatian. about half his children are still horses tho - the other half is people. Or maybe its all centaurs. The people half has upper bodies of humans but torsos of horses, the horse half just has horse heads.

When you're immortal, you can have other immortal-killers try to be the only one remaining. One of them is Incitatus, Caligula's horse. It's also the only character with the Ares' Own (Hellenic version of Crusader) trait

youd think someone older than 2000 years would know how to write a medical theory (given the ancient greeks had more advanced medicine than most (not all) medieval cultures)View attachment 365051

"Well, I mean, the flesh is immortal, so to cure dysentery, you only need to pack the afflicted in salt and come back in two weeks. He'll be cured."

"Not the cured I think you mean, Incitatus."

He's immortal, so his solution to every problem is simply to cut it off, it will obviously grow back by morning.

I know people complain about Crusades in weird places, but I thought this was really something.

Like, basically the first thing the Germanic faith did after reformation.

Also, saw this and thought it was pretty neat. Just an adventurer, Catholicism is nowhere near India.

Edit: So a century after that Germanic Holy War, they tried again.

I don't know. Maybe there's an achievement the AI is trying to get...

I'm probably missing something but what is strange with the last two (the Crusade for France ones)?
france was muslim and supposed to be conquered, but then austrasia became the very thing it was to destroy... it was the chosen one :(

Hello stunningly-successful-mongol-invasion, my old friend

20180505212030_1.jpg

I was going for the Samrat Chakravartin achievement and they decide to go old-skool and totally block my mojo. If you meet someone from Mongolia tell them they owe me an imaginary apology and if you are from Mongolia, well, I'm waiting...

Is china isolationist? Maybe ask them to invade Mongol?

Perhaps joining them and take the land you need from other king/duke/count and break off?

Sorry I am at a loss here.

They're still related to the Khan which apparently continually refreshes their peace deal but it's definitely on my to-do list.

I can beat them in war though, problem is that apart from their counties they have a ton of seperate holdings throughout mine, which means a lot of seperate wars and time's running out and there's only so many times I can divide my prestige in half.

Yeah I had a similar run if not identical to this and I had some issue with counts not under your dukes all over the place as well.

It was the White Hun run. I was able to create a few powerful vassalized kings and they could clean up on their own.

There was a Mongol Empire in that ran as well but I manage to crush them and push forward before they got that big. China was a big help as well.
