I'd say this qualifies (and also doubles as a "look at my empire" post). My primary title is agnatic-cognatic, but k_persia is agnatic. Still one of my two daughters will inherit. This ruler has no sons.

He has only parents and no grandparents and it's still the House of Saint-Omer, not some Greek house. Not to mention that AI usually avoids marrying barons outside of the realm.

Someone pointed out to a previous Baron of Saint-Omer that Homer was Greek - and he drew his conclusions as regards his proper loyalties?

Byzantine Empire is also Tengri at this time - thankfully the Emperor later converted to Catholicism.

P.S. My earlier post about two Polands - the one in France must have been a Tributary of the real Poland.

Besides working as my chancellor, apparently Patrician Marino has a side job as a psychic.
Maybe next time I will let him read my fortune.

^^Okay, gotta ask. How dares germanic patrician even think forming mercenary band? Thought that was only for nomads.
Answer is simple: I played with mods.

So here I am as the Hungarian-run Carpathian Empire in the middle of invading Croatia when I find that I am fighting against this Duchess. Carla was a Byzantine vassal and I'm not sure how she managed to not be at war with Byzantium while still being considered a rebel faction, but she managed to accomplish exactly that and come to her ally's defense to try and fend off the invading Hungarian forces. Fortunately, her mysterious diplomatic dealings and additional forces were not adequate enough to prevent Hungarian advancement.

So I got an event about the Great Khan and, being in Western Europe, ignored it, until a few years later when I looked to the East...
byzantinemongols.jpeg

I looked at his title history and he gained the Mongol Empire in 1213, then Byzantium in 1218; he owned no land outside of the former Byzantine Empire. I've never seen something like this happen before, but this is my first time seeing the Mongols spawn while playing with Horse Lords, so it might be commonplace now. It might have had to do with the fact that Mongolia was overrun by Kirghizs. Predictably, he took over Bulgaria, stopped his conquests, and converted to Orthodox (he's still a nomad, though - he razed most of Bulgaria and moved his capital to Mesembria).

Several years later I got this event and thought something interesting might happen, but his title just changed from "Khagan" to "Genghis Khan," and he continued his non-expansionism.

Don't have a screenshot sadly, but in Game of Thrones mod as Targaryens my heir launched a host invasion against me. With dragons. Most of my family and about about 7 dragons died from complications related to the war.
All because the little bastard didn't want to wait 10 years to inherit the throne properly

EDIT:

A particularly fun moment was when my heir, his wife and their son kept attacking each other on their dragons until all 6 participants were either dead or severely maimed (the son and spouse were on my side)

Also a second photo -
Not sure about your choice of who to give your ancestral sword to Stark.
