I'm sorry, you seem to have dropped this:

Ah, thanks. I was wondering where I left that.

And I have seen the Aztecs and Mongols border, but they were peaceful. The one time.

Otherwise when one of them succeeds the other seems to fail.

Invade England they said, it will be fun they said.
First time I have seen a great house being practically extinct in this way. Harald Hardrada was killed in battle by Harold godwinson, Olav Yngling died in some other battle against Harold, Gydrid died in the storming of a castle in Norway where Magnus Yngling also was captured( and who died in the dungeons of Harold some a few days later ). The others died of other causes.
Looks like Ossor (age 0) will have a hard time restoring his house to its former glory, as the new king of Norway is some random guy from the House of Blix.

I can beat that, and the house isn't just "practically" extinct, everyone died. ;)

Magnus died just before christmas 1066 from illness with no heirs, his brother Olav was maimed at Stamford bridge and died 1074 heirless, whilst Harald himself died a natural death a year later. Bad luck for the Ynglings.

That also reminds me, look at this epic Komnenos family tree, from the same game, after Konstantios doukas dies, his son is usurped by Manuel, from there everything is utter chaos. Family member kills family member, brothers murder sisters, uncles murder nieces, Children drop dead from sudden illness, rightful heirs are deposed, after 80 or so years all that is left of the once mighty Komnenos dynasty is the 57 year old youngest daughter of the youngest brother of Alexios. In the end, 15 out of the 36 Komnenos were Emperor at some point. (Trivia fact: Alexios was only emperor for a year, he died in battle one year after with no children.)

Breton de Gael King of England.jpg

de Normadie kings, Godwinson kings, Yngling kings, Knytling kings, of Wessex kings, we've all seen those rule England. But Breton de Gael kings? Yes, that is the grandson of the Breton Count of Norfolk at the game start (he married Cristina of Wessex). Yes, he actually managed to inherit it from his father, and hold on to it for a while now.

Now I've seen it all

The strangeness in here is that I didn't conquer all France, but only the province of the Kingdom of France during a succession war.
At first, I used that in order to conquest Albarracin, who was one of the 4(IIRC) pretenders. Then I pressed his claim and gained the title. After that, another claimant usurped the title and added the 90% of France that wasn't under my control to the Empire.

Looks like Caligula isn't the only insane one.
