She's also more than twenty years younger than my ruler. :/

I hate this family. -.-

I expect this from incest or rulers that are fertile in their 120s :p

So in an accidental clicking while trying to setup an Anti-Pope that I could use to press a claim on the Papacy so I could vassalize the Pope I ended up giving Rome back to the Pope... which inadvertently made my landed Anti-Pope (who held a bishopric in Rome and in my Capital) become a vassal under the real Pope... it's been about 5 months and my Antipope is still hanging out under the real Pope lol

I was responding to kansai-kun's post about the mother-son affair, but the post about the pope and anti-pope preceded mine by a few seconds.

By the way, I can picture the movie where the pope and anti pope hate each other, then after confronting and defeating a common enemy they learn the value of respect and become buddies :p

... I do rather think the names have been switched around. The actual event let me jail Earl Thiébaut, so my brother tattled on him for trying to seduce my wife. He's now languishing in my not-very-comfy oubliette.

GoT mod on :p

Seriously, is that her actual son or is he from a previous marriage of the ruler?
He's her son. He's my firstborn son, she's my first wife and that's actually the first time I had that happen to me in one of my games. :/

Wow, didn't know parent-child relationships were possible at all outside Zoroastrianism. But obviously they're doing something right, your decadence looks more than manageable!

Marrying this dynasty will invariably lead to death by "illness". (CK2+)

What better way to kill your spouse, than to burn the only tree of his forest? :p

This made my day. She even has cruel trait proving what she did to him.

I got this as king of Romania, and I posted it on this thread a while back. It was really odd, since I didn't even have a brother at the time and I had just married my wife. But it was understandable to jail Count Gavril 'the Seducer' after telling me this discerning news since he probably got the words mixed up and wanted to confess. Eventually, I ransomed him out as he was strong and made a good commander even though he must of had a hidden insane trait somewhere.
