As I guy who once tried to get a date with a woman for the better part of a year before someone finally told me she was a lesbian, I relate to this situation more than I'd like to.That's quite the accomplishment.
A lot of guys turn a woman the other way around...

I have actually dated a woman who was pretty much in the closet as a full on lesbian, who nonetheless dated a lot of men anyway, including me, before she came out. Denial and social pressure can make people do things they actually don't really like, including overcoming sexual preference. And if that happens today, in the 21st century, imagine how often that happened in the middle ages.
Besides, if someone was a noble, they were expected to marry and make babies regardless of any sexual preferences. That was just the harsh reality.

That is why my custom faiths generally have homosexual relationships and either concubines, secondary spouses or adultery set to accepted.
I don't care who you shag on the daily, as long as you also shag someone of the opposite sex for an heir or two.
You marry someone of the opposite sex for your heirs, which will satisfy the dynasty.
Then you can have a bunch of same sex concubines, secondary spouses or lovers on the side, to satisfy your own sexuality...
