Sacre bleu, it's not like we want you not to have a PU over Navarra... oui, we went to war over the matter, because we don't want you to have that PU over Navarra. We'd rather sign a white peace. Or take a PU over Navarra ourselfes. We only have a boatload of vassals and a guarantee for Scotland. So we can handle it just fine for the next 50 years. Bottom line, we contest your PU. Except we don't. Got it?

(I'm aware the AI doesn't take the strategic value into consideration when going into a succession war or negotiating peace. Still, it's probably the best outcome for a succession war over an OPM.)

Jesus Rollerblading Christ.
Imagine the same province but with a country having +100% hostile coring cost.
If they would've had an addition +100% coring cost like the one you mentioned, that would mean I would've had to pay 591 admin points using my discount coupons, regular customers without a discount has to pay the full price of 900 admin points if no reduction(825 with a claim)

Apparently when you integrate the lesser member of a PU, you assassinate the viceroys of any colonial nations they had. Seems rather unnecessary...

When you kill the parents, don't leave orphans. This is how the Paradox Sith is born.
