Coffee is native to Ethiopia.

Edit: just checked, at the time I would have had 4 coffee provinces. Now I have 5. I can see most of the world: there are 2 provinces producing coffee I don't own. One is Najd, the other is in South America.

So, if you take the holy land early and cut off the Ottomans middle eastern and African expansion option. Then Hungary collapses freeing up Austria's boarder, Austria apparently goes ape s*** (followed by a total and complete Ottoman internal collapse).
