The Old Stones

Seeing as its one of the many colonizable provinces / ruins, what's in here?

North Valyria has eggs and steel, Summerhal has eggs, but what do the Old Stones have? Money and levies aside. Any events or it carries nothing but troops and money(that if I colonise it successfuly).

An event to find the crown of the River kings and you can sell it or get a claim on the riverlands + prestige

Yup that's it, playing as Aegon I and I started to colonize Oldstones and found the River Kings Crown.
