The Orsini dynasty cannot have it's coat of arms changed

Description​

For some reason, playing as the Orsini dynasty in Italy, I cannot change my coat of arms. Every other dynasty I play as I can change it, but when playing as the Orsini dynasty the changes never seem to save. Going back into the designer menu shows that my changes still exist in there, but no matter how many times I click apply it just stays the same.

Steps to reproduce​

Play as Count Giacopo of Orvieto in the 1066 start date. I have tried on multiple saves, so its not save specific.
