The Pre-Order Bonus (and transferring it..)

I realise it's unlikely, but I felt I had to ask - is there any way of transferring the Stellaris dome from the GOG edition (which I pre-ordered) to the Steam edition (which I just bit the bullet and bought because Surviving Mars is making me aware of drawbacks of buying something on GOG, especially something new).

Obviously I tried sticking preorder.hpk from the GOG version's DLC folder, in the Steam version's DLC folder, but as I'm sure you'd expect, that did nothing.

I'm quite fond of that dome skin so.. well. Thanks either way!

I actually tried to pre-purchase the game but because my card was being stupid it kept failing (first the bank wasn't synced properly, then it kept refusing for no reason, etc). I ended up not getting the skin at all because of that orz. hope you are able to get it transferred!

(and if the devs see this I have proof I attempted purchase if it's acceptable~ lol)

I mean in response to the above it'd be nice to be able to buy the skin later or something, too >.>
