The probability of getting injury during tournaments is too high

Description​

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a numerical mistake, but after updating the game and enabling the DLC, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of people getting injured or dying compared to previous versions.

Steps to reproduce​

From my observations, I believe this is caused by the tournaments, as my children who accompany me typically get injured or even seriously injured, even if they do not participate in the competitions. This directly results in me not wanting to participate in any competition at all
