Game is over with a Spy Victory on the basis of Resistance Surrender.

The annoying thins is to figure out a sensible extension to how many players need to go on a mission and how many sabotages are needed...
I think I've said my bit.
So far the list of proposals I've seen includes:
- Upping the proposal limit.
- Simply removing SL from the game.
- Having SL return to the point in the leader order where SL was played after the SL holder takes his turn with the proposal.
- Extending the mission set to best out of 7 (at least for games with more than 3 spies, I'd say)
