However, I need to know what tonkatoy does with the staff before play can proceed.

Turns a party member's actions into the opposite. You use it on a resistance member, his support turns into a sabotage. You use it on a spy who sabotaged, it turns it into a support.
 

Quick update to keep the game moving:

The team was approved, the staff was not used, the mission was SABOTAGED once

RP will follow
 
In the interests of keeping the game moving I won't hold off the team proposal for Cliges's reasoning. My feeling, having looked at the voting on the proposals, is that Panzer sabotaged it.

I don't think there can be a better team at this stage.

Well, I'm on the team, which is good, but even assuming Panzer's a spy, there are 2 more. The biggest question here is alphabet soup, since he made the team that got sabotaged. Not sure who'd be better though.

The reasoning behind it was that the people who weren't on the team but approved it were more likely to be the 2 other spies. And I've mentioned why I picked Soup over Panzer.
 
I'm also somewhat suspicious of - not sure if I'm spelling this right - jkdhrewwrklshkseknfr. He gave me 9 reasons which at the same time very compelling, but looking back they were in fact less than solid, and he was also eager to help me out with a fairly absurd request. I'd prefer a team with me on it, obviously. I also have a feeling Cliges is innocent: he has an honest avatar-face.

Really, I'm kind of impressed he was able to devise 9 reasons, compelling or not, for a first mission.

Anyway, I'm not sure about Asdfewhateverhisnameis, either. I'm guessing there was only one spy on that first mission (or else they managed to coordinate well), so it makes sense to take one of the three who were on it. I like that I'm on it, and don't have much of an opinion on tamius and aedan. For now, though, I'm probably going to reject this.

I'll be honest, I only did the 9 reasons because I figured you wouldn't expect it. Anyway,
