Here is why I think Panzer is River.

Mission 1: approves team with two spies (one jubal early) thinking they will sabotage, both happen to support mission.
Mission 2, prop 1: Rejected because of weak marty/him reasons, trying to get no spies on team
Mission 2, prop 2: Rejected because of weak marty/him reasons, trying to get no spies on team
Mission 2, prop 3: Rejected because there was nobody from mission 1 (and I'm thinking maybe Deaghaidh is a spy)
Mission 2, prop 4: Approves because he knows there are two spies (one jubal early) and will double sabbotage
Mission 3, prop 1: Rejects, I am guessing Alxeu is another spy here
Mission 3, prop 2: Accepts, he knows who the good guys are.

No, I am Jubal Early, the spy who does not know other spies, etc. River knows who I am , and who the spies are, which is how River can try to vote based on that.

Yeah, the Serenity crew has won 3 missions, they are on the verge of victory unless the assassin (EURO) catches River Tam. So the game is over once Euro tells the GM who he thinks River Tam is.
