No, there's nothing to read into here or a metagaming aspect. I simply prefer to not have to default orders.

Since he uses it after orders are sent, he can preload it with his order, I think, for you to reveal it in the update.

Well, if the next team succeeds as well, it wouldn't really matter much who to scan, so let's plan for the worst. I think we shall send the same team+someone now, and if we do that, you probably should scan either me or Seamus.
