oh yes!
:p

That team passed a bit too easily if you ask me. I won't be suprised if it gets sabotaged.

Quest 2 was a SUCCESS. There were no SABOTAGES.

Game stands at 2 SUCCESSFUL Quests, and 0 FAILED quests.

Round 3

Falc is the new leader. He can propose a 4-person team with Charioteer when ready.

Prophetic Vision rules are now in effect. Falc is the first player to receive it.

that is shocking.

Gimmie that hat! Anyway, I'm plesantly suprised.
You can take it. From Randy's dead hands :p

Indeed, looks like we've hit the right spot.

Falc, you ought to scan one of those who went on this team. Because I don't think we would change the team if you scan someone outside.

I wasn't going to use the chariot anyways, but I thought the chariot can only be used after all orders had been sent in.

"When the player who rides the Chariot is sent on the Quest, he may publicly select one other member of the Party after they have all chosen their actions."

So I thought I couldn't decide to use it until it was confirmed all actions were set. Again this doesn't actually change anything, just for future reference as a rules clarification.

I assume that the player w/chariot will preload to use it with mission order, though the action wouldn't "occur" until after the quest takes place. I figure it doesn't matter that the announcement of use is delayed until the whole thing is resolved, because the player using it won't know how the person upon whom they used it acted until after they'd get the results from the GM.

So, unless anyone objects, I figure that we'll go about it that way.

Technically, you decide after people have locked their orders in, but the only reason for that is so that they cannot change their mind once they're targeted by the Chariot.

So if you preload your Chariot use in PM, the result is the same.

As for my Vision, I don't really want to use it on someone on the team, they're quite likely all goodies and I have no problem proposing them again.

So if I subtract myself from the possible targets, I end up with 4 people, 3 of whom are likely Spies.

So I will spy with my little eye the allegiance of GreatUberGeek.

(GM: response in PM, remember)

That's what I was thinking; there was no difference in practice that I could see in doing it this way, but I apologize if there was any confusion. Though, that does require, perhaps, that orders are considered final.

Orders can be amended until the time that the GM makes the update. Yes, that's a bit unpredictable, deal with it.

I have no strong preference either way, but for the sake of fairness, some clarification might be required. An order might be changed while the update is being produced, a player might intend to change an order but narrowly miss the chance, or even an unscrupulous GM might pretend to have missed a change. (Not that I would DO THAT-but it's just a hypothetical possibility.)

But yeah, it might be a bit much to demand a final order as first order this far into a game in progress, so that's not how it will be now. But everyone should note that A. chariot use will be expected to be preloaded if the player wants to use it and B. the quest update might come before or right as an order is being changed.

Attention fellow Ulaid!

GreatUberGeek is a filthy Connachta!

Do not trust his words!

Anyway, on to the proposal.

Where I have a problem.

Glio, Aedan and Seamus have supported two Quests so far. Good for them, and I think Randy has shown us well enough that not sabotaging is really not the way to win the game...

But then there's sexytoes.

He was proposed in the second proposal, along with Aedan and Glio. This proposal was approved by GUG.

He also proposed himself in the previous proposal, along with Aedan, Glio and Seamus. This proposal was ALSO approved by GUG.

His own voting record is simple: he approved the two proposals he was on and the fifth. Rejected everything else.

I am really, really wary of him right now, but since this is the first proposal of the round, I will:

PROPOSE
Aedan
Gliomarto
Saemus (+ Chariot)
Sexytoes

But I will REJECT.

I have said my piece, I leave it to the majority to decide.

What I tried to do last game (as I almost got bit by this) is to make a post in the thread saying 'Deadline' and then start figuring things out before posting the actual update.
