Also, I passed mission 3 to avoid drawing suspicion, and the realized I was going to lose anyway so I passed mission 4.

Yes. If I had done the smart thing and asked Aedan for the Establish Confidence and been put on the team, you not sabotaging would've lost us the game. Of course, I didn't do the smart thing, either.

Ironhide G1, if you don't like to get your feelings hurt, then don't read the rest of this post.

I don't know what to say. You singlehandedly lost the game for the Spies. Why in the world did you not give the Strong Leader card to a fellow Spy? Why in the world did you not sabotage Mission 3? Was I not laying down enough subtle hints that the Spies needed M3 to fail in order to have a shot at winning the game?

In every other game I have played with you, you have been Resistance and somehow find a way to hand the game to the Spies. This time, you were a Spy and somehow found a way to hand the game to the Resistance. So yes, your gameplay would have been much, much better this game -- if you were a Resistance member. But the fact that you were supposed to be helping the Spies win means that this was the most spectacular example yet of your lack of proficiency in this game. Imagine for a moment that there was another Spy on the M4 team -- which you wouldn't have known about, due to Spy chain rules -- and yet you opted to support the mission?! Small wonder that deathbywombat was flabbergasted about this in his update. Yes, you were almost impossible to detect as a Spy, but only because you did everything you possibly could to sabotage your own side in this game. Ultimately, the point is to win the game, even if it means people find out you're a Spy.

Yeah, from an observer's perspective, I have to agree with Ironhead here. There was an argument to be made for not sabotaging mission 3 - avoiding the flood of cards, getting on the next team, and having the possibility of 2 spies there, which would have caused massive confusion for Mission 5 and was made slightly more likely since Haresus managed to successfully compromise Jerman. But not sabotaging mission 4 was foolish in the extreme, since tamius could easily have been a spy with chain spy rules in effect.

Maybe Ironhide was a spy who infiltrated the spies with the goal of sabotaging them.

OK then. Goodbye resistance.
you did better this game by far. I think Wombat would be willing to play with you again if you play like this again
