There will be no map sharing limitations aside from those set by parties in-game. I wish people would be less frugal with maps though. They're state secrets and should be kept as such!
That would fall under "no exploits" and I'm glad that you take it up with me rather than assume it's allowed.
I think stealing/sharing AI maps is crude and uncouth. Thus, I would like everyone to not do it. I know this is unenforcable, but I'd like to think we're all mature enough.
Then again, taking capitals to gain the maps is fair by me.
New info on vassals changes nothing.
NO vassals will be allowed for nations under cent 8 UNLESS these are nations with small manpower to begin wtih.
A 10 MP nation getting +40% doesn't make a mark. A 100MP nation getting +40% gets a substantial boost.
If I find that people intentionally keep MP harvesting vassals and stay at cent = 8 to reap that extra MP, there will be punishment.
Rememeber, the tone of GMing here will be guilty until proven innocent. I'm tired of all these "But it doesn't state this particular wording in the rule so I'm not technically breaking it!" excuses for bullshit behaviour.

I've been too busy to fully elucidate on all edits in this thread and I don't expect to find the time either. They are largely things we have discussed here albeit with a few tweaks here and there.
An enjoyable first session. Had it not been for those pesky English, I would have beaten the French and I must admit I was very worried when the Entire HRE decided it would be fun to declare war on me.
Spain has a lot of knowledges of different maps. Central America (still owning Tampico near Mexico), East NA, West NA, Brazil, West Africa knowledge. We welcome offers for limitted maps selling.

But basically, England declared war upon Austria in support of France when it was clear that Austria's generals were superior to French generals, and likely to cause France troubles. We moved at first to take control of Flandern, but eventually settled into a siege of the Alsace so that Austrian re-inforcements could not arrive from Austria proper. The war ended when Austria gave in to French demands for Alsace and its CoT; Austria got convinced it should give in by the presence of 50k or more troops from an AI coalition that declared war and invaded the Lowlands.
The Auld Alliance Event has caused the France-Scotland alliance. You get to decide how to annex Scotland; I wasn't willing to toss your alliance with Spain out the window just to gain three little provinces of small worth.
