A note about France. I've been making thoughts about fascism in France and decided to change some aspects. Instead of turning fascist directly France can get a reactionary (or national-conservative) Government which declared material law to restore order. But then after some time they can call for elections or move to a constitutional dictatorship like Germany after the enabling act. To me, this seems more realistic.

Nice, a peacefull way to reconquer part of the lost eastern territory.
What about alsace lorraine? I imagine that the only way to pull that off is by defeating a fascist France, and Memel?

Claiming Alsace-Lorraine in this ATL is way too unlikely. Befriending France, in my opinion, is not compatible with claiming Alsace-Lorraine. The only chance is to win a war against a fascist France together with Italy. But also this option is not likely to happen.
This option is not the most likely in this conference. The sense behind this is that Poland gets encircled by Fascists (Austria, Hungary, Romania) and Communists (The Soviet Union starts to expand aggressively by 1939/1940) and thus seeking either Western Integration or side with the fascist block. And Germany would veto a membership so Poland needs to negotiate with Germany. If you only want Danzig and an exterritorial highway, the chance is high, for the other options you need to make Poland a good offer.
If the EL defeats the Soviet Union, will it be occupied indefinitely or will you be able to release a Russian tag or balkanize?

1. Sign the Strasbourg Treaty not before March 1934 due to the February '34 crisis in France. The event chain for fascist France between 1934 and 1940 is not included in this release.
2. Any action which is not done by events can lead to crazy results.
3. Playing with other nations than Germany is not properly working due lacking AI files.

Is it normal for the savegame folder to delete itself?
I went till 1938 and had to leave briefly. After I returned and loaded the game there was no save file, not even the autosave one.

Maybe you have copied the setting from DH Full, there are no save games. Check the options and pick the save interval you want.
Before installing the mod I had to reistall the DH Full and Light and I noticed that the Full version lacked indeed the save game folder. I hope this is the problem because I was doing a neat game and was ready for ww2(?)

Not exactly. In 1934 you can propose a reintroduction of monarcy along with Friedrich von Hohenzollern as elected "president" in 1937. But you need the Social Democrats for this by make concessions to them. (+1 Central Planning)
