That is the one i used to summon division on the capital, but i want to summon in other provinces.

A silly question. Wouldn't it make more sense to put the date in 1942 onwards? Perhaps by 1936 it's a bit earlier to be experimenting on zombies. Germany is not so bad at that stage.

There is going to be an alliance event but not sure of the man power thing
