"The True Path" Quest Bugged (Possibly)

I think this is a bug but I'm not sure what was supposed to happen. I got to the part in the "The True Path" quest where I was supposed to hunt down and kill some big ship with the leader of the cult on it. When I get there there is an odd text segments including what looked like an area for a video with a message saying "No Video Feed" on it. Only there was no ship to fight there was nothing. Has this happened to anyone else?

i didn't get that far even i was supposed to search a system in force and found an anomaly and then nothing since it failed but the event is still there
