I was pleased to see that the people at the Birth of America forum are aware of what a great game TC2M is ("the best tactical game there is" according to one poster), and several suggested that the ideal would be a strategic ACW game made by Birth of America folks, which they are working on, combined with TC's tactical engine.
I gather BofA is an Amer Rev game. I have never played it but everything they say about their ACW game looks right on target to me.
