I found the source of the issue and I'm going to upload a small fix in few moments from now.
Italian Civil War happens in 1922, while French Commune happens in 1921. Have you reached those dates?
I have reached 1921. But the Two Sicilies have not yet declared independence.
I might need some more details: did Italy join the WW1 as Entente member? If yes, did the event treaty of Grenoble happened?
It's been made for 1.05, yes.
Certain commands used in the events are from that patch.
I've been quite busy with stuff I'm writing and studying for Exams in January. I am still working on it but would appreciate some major feedbacks as I need to know what to fix in the current build.

I have a problem, my game crashes on 8 december 1926 with Italy victorious on 1st WW with Central Powers. I use DH with patch 1.05.1 and used bug fix on first page.
During loading game a message appears: "1 error(s) found in external files (scenario, ai, etc...)! Please check savedebug.txt for details..."
I check and found only
ERROR : Wrong government position for 'Russian Democrat' personality ('Head of Government' instead of 'Head of State') for Viktor Chernov (ID = 515323).
'Mods\Uneasy Peace\scenarios\save games\autosave.eug' line 549162.
But I don't know how resolve it...

Italy is not meant to be in the CP's side. As of now this mod is very railroaded and I am planning to fix it as soon as possible. I have quite the burden with writing stuff and doing exams at Uni, but I should manage to get something done before April. Can you give me some more details of the situation of your game? I checked and there is no event happening in that particular date.

Situation at 1st december 1926:
Central Power are fighting with Qing Empire vs Fengtian Clique. Guanxi is a puppet of Qing but governed by german people like von Mackensen.
National France controls Algeria and Marocco. France Commune controls european territory and Guyana. King of UK is in Canada but Union of Britain controls Egypt, Sudan and a lot of puppets like Oman etc and other ex colonies like British Raj or New Zealand are allied with Union!
Canada annexed Cuba, Haiti, Puerto Rico etc.
Russia is a democratic country under Kerenskj. No October revolution and civil war.
AU controls Galicia-Lodomiria, Ukraine, Serbian State, Montenegro and Illyria like puppets.
USA is a progressive country maybe because they never entered in 1WW. The war ended in 1916 with CP victory.
Senussi are puppet of Italy. Rest of Africa are german except South Africa, Liberia and Etiopia.

This feedback will help a lot! I am already checking through some events that should have pushed for UoB to lose puppets and territories.
The reason why Italy still has senussi and african clay is because they were meant to lose the war and the Grenoble Peace would have fixed it as it should be, I am also going to change some of the triggers for the RCW as it is meant to happen when Kerensky rise up to the government.
Austria's situation is right in 1926. Their government is meant to lose Ukraine and Hungary in 1927, turning Austria into starting position in KR scenario.
