As far as I know we have the mechanics that attrition is greatest in winter, we also have good ideas on increasing income and events with MOD Les Trois Tours / The Three Towers, and what would you add?

I would follow the idea of 3T and make the climate directly influence the economy, with higher income acquisition in the spring.

It would also make calling the vassal troops at harvest times give more negative opinions.

I know you translated this with a bot, that's why it translated "atrito" to "friction", but it should be "attrition"

I don't know. Sounds like a nice idea, but I feel like the game isn't slow enough for that to make a meaningful difference. How often does a few months make a difference in CK? Gameplay wise, it's trivial to wait a few months. In a game like HOI, time is much more important (by the hour vs by the day in CK), so small seasonal differences are more important.

It would be nice to have a better implementation than events like I did L3T (spam risk mainly)

Personally I'd love some random weather events that can really mess you up; like marching across the alps in winter ... some random chance that your entire army is just lost under an avalanche.

But I'd imagine that if that happened many would through coffee cups into the screen in sheer frustration, so it's probably not a viable mechanic for the main game. And, I agree, the time scale and how mechanics work make this difficult. The AI won't go "huh, it's winter, so I need to stop campaigning", so you can't either.
