There is no way to look at my playsets or installed mods in the launcher

Description​

The Launcher crashes with a "General Error" whenever I want to look at my playsets or my downloaded mods. I can't play this game anymore. Give me my money back.

Steps to reproduce​

Open launcher, click on "playsets" or "downloaded mods", watch the error screen pop up, click "restart launcher", repeat.
