For Serbia It would be realsitic that Serb radicals came to power.And for romania Romanian Nationalist who wanted to unite romania and moldova and anex transistania and maybe in the future declare war to bulgaria to take konstanta.

I pretty much doubt there would be kingdom since we have no nobility since fall of Austro-Hungary in 1918.
But making it into kingdom would be nice feature.
