Summary

Third parties' mutual military access treaty makes them vulnerable to invasion

Description

I was able to initiate an invasion of a state that was landlocked via a neutral third country (Available Invasion via [neutral country's state].

I do not have military access treaty with the neutral country. I have a trade deal with the neutral country.

HOWEVER, the neutral country and my enemy have a mutual military access treaty. The only way I could think of this being possible is that the game logic somehow looks at the enemy's and the neutral country's treaty and determines thusly that I can invade the enemy via the neutral country.

In my game's case this is Prussia allowing me to Invade Russian Poland through Ostpreussen state.

Steps to reproduce

Identify a country that has an active military access deal.
Start a war with said country.
Attempt to invade their state that is neighbouring the other partner of the enemy country's mutual military access treaty.
