They lived 65 million years in the past, are now named Crossvallia waiparensis and were discovered by a paleontologic team of the Canterbury Museum (Christchurch/New Zeeland).

Size: 1,60 meters (this is 40 cm taller than emperor pinguines!)
Weight: 70-80 kg

Just a passing mention for those who always found those murderous birds a bit silly in AoW3 and now PF.
There is, of course, nothing known about their blood lust, though. ;)
