Well gonna try to make another post, even if 90% chance nobody will respond to help. For whatever reason despite there being thousands of mods working nobody seems able or willing to help with this problem...

I put the PNG in the mod folder as it states, I even tried jpg. It's 65.6kb in size so well under the 1 mb limit.
Error while uploading. Always seems to be the picture line in the code. Did it how the last 900 "how to upload a thumbnails" said to do it, yet... myself and many others get the error...
I uploaded the mod fine without a picture, but with a picture it's just a big middle finger and refuses to upload.
Tried taking my mod down entirely and doing it from scratch, again nothing. Error every time.
