depends on each store, the digital download ones may release at midnight US time but i have no idea if thats normal for them or not
most digital stores release games around 10 a.m. local time - that is done in order to have people available if something goes wrong.
So let's say I pre-ordered it from gamersgate now, and the time is 22:26 for me. At what time tomorrow will I have it?
it should be out in about 12 hours, gamersgate usaly releases paradox titles at about 9am GMT +1
