The timelapse recording feature is broken. When you zoom in to an area objects on the rest of the map that isn't in field of view will disappear. I'm assuming this is because of optimisation efforts. This will however break the timelapse feature when the fit map setting is used as any object not in view will disappear. The end result is a timelapse video of every object in the prison flickering constantly as the camera moves around.
