Hanthawaddy was kingdom as first ruler proclaim as king himself and his wife was daughter of king Ramkhamhaeng in which at first, they were tributary of Sukhothai as he was indebt a lot of king Ramkhamhaeng from trader to high nobility of sukhothai kingdom or even steal his daughter to Mottama by himself.
Lanna always be established kingdom for a long time as old as Sukhothai itself and the same with ligor, langlasuka and lavo that some of them not that old as sukhothai but still be kingdom.
Phayao and Pua (It mostly know in thai as Nan which still use this name till today) rather to be city state but Phayao can be sort of duchy size city state at some point as they occupy nan or pua into thier own territory.
For suphannaphum or suphanburi was province aka similar to duchy that in the time of the game turn to be kingdom but this development into kingdom still unsure.
Phetchaburi along with Muang Sua (Luang Phabang) and Vientiane was city state but phetchaburi was under sukthothai.
PS. Phayao and Pua / Nan and Phetchaburi more to be city state than principality because all of them have ruler as king.
