I'm currently playing up in Russia with the shattered realms thing active, It's been like 50 years or so and I'm noticing myself slowly being surrounded by massive nomads and it's scary.. Obviously with shattered realms, it's super easy for nomads to spiral out of control, how can this be stopped?
