how can i get it to work most of the time when I try to place it it doesnt show as if it is not on the ground is there a specific anarchy setting i need to turn on or off to make this work so it is always visable ?? even when placing it doesnt show the tire marks when before actually placing it down

Mmmm, make sure you have anarchy turned on, snap to surface turned off, and turn on snap upright (the up arrow)... if still struggling maybe best to join my discord (link on profile), and there you can share some pics with me and i can help you figure it out.
I have anarchy turned on like you said, it appears to be a random thing, sometimes you have to restart the game like 4 or 5 times for it to work. Looks to be a problem with loading assets. Seen others report the same issue on other places. In my save it sometimes takes 3 game restarts for me to be able to place decals etc.
n1 work! - Suggestion: It would be awesome to habe some 'circle(-segments)decals that match the radius of the vanilla roundabout
