Very hard to break France, and Italy AI is very strange.
Attacks Middle East and are not guarding the border with France.
I have lost 10 division because Fall Gelb and save Italy!

And Italy DOW'ed Grecce when they were losing.

I've noticed in the thread with all the screenies that there is a special 'Heavy Art' Division (its being used in Iceland). It looks like a picture of Schwerer Gustav/Dora. Is that what this division is? How do you obtain it?
 
I forgot to tell that Italy made an amphibious landing in southern France but where easily pushed back and + the Middle East landing they lost like 15 divisions in the landing.
I think the AI is wrong and such terribly defence in the Alps are bad.
Have I right?

And I think the music events don't work.
I can't hear any Hitler speech after the fall of Poland and the soundtracks is the same as in HoI2 vanilla.
 
Playing as UK is a lot of fun. But one thing is very annoying, the transport convoy events that triggers when the amount of free transports drops below 200. Given the way computer handles the convoys, no matter how many you build, after the war breaks out and you are fighting on several fronts, every couple of weeks there is a bottleneck of resources and the available convoys drops to 0 and the event giving +5 dissent pops up, but they will recover several days later, and you will get -5 dissent. It's very annoying to have the +5/-5 dissent events and the US Lend lease stopped/resumed events on a regular basis.
 
I just downloaded your titanium final release for 1.3B. It keeps crashing saying that there is an error in "spy prefs data 1936 chi ai line 230" where do I find this so I can fix it and play?

After the Pacific front opened up, as UK, my available convoys dropped to 0 and remained there. All my transport convoys are busy hauling hundreds of resources daily although I have three parallel rows of 99 transports in construction. Therefor I no longer receive American lend lease.
 
Stop using autoconvoys? Assign them manually leaving some in reserve?
 
I know but unfortunately, there is no way I could fix this (apart from removing this trigger from Lend-Lease events which would not be a step toward more "realism").
What would you suggest ?

Two suggestions.

1) Stop checking for this event once USA joins the war, it establishes bases in UK anyway.

2) In the trigger for the event, check for both convoypool and escortpool, for example convoypool less than 100 and escortpool less than 50. Escort pool seems not to be screwed up by the automatic routes, but we can assume it would be depleted in case the Atlantic War is being lost.

For UK, with all her overseas colonies and islands, that would be extreme micromanagement.

Not really. With the auto convoy on and all convoys fully staffed, turn the maintain convoy button off(always allow new supply convoys option to stay on). Then the convoys that are over staffed by some ridiculous amount, reduce to a more reasonable number(I once had 3,000 convoys moving 10 energy :wacko: ). Check any time you make a landing or take losses whether the convoy numbers need to be adjusted(in the red). It isn't that bad, I have needed to do it as Japan in MP.
 
Japan AI defends its main Island bad. In every game i play (latest beta, not with the little fix last day post by Fernando)

USA just can land and mostly they have so 4 divisions max on Japan.

Other point. If AI attacks it doesn't do much with support attack. So when i retreat (after many days of defending) all the troops of the AI goes to the province which they attacked. So leaving there land behind them empty.

GER AI vs USSR. Germany beat the hell out of the USSR that's fun. Every game ive played so far they conquered Moscow, Stalingrad,Leningrad, Baku and they reach the Urals. But then the usa starts to invade and in just 2 months it's over, because the west is almost undefended. This need some balancing i guess.

Maybe use locked divisions for Japan Island and West-Europe coast?
