Hey Fernando. I just got to Pearl Harbor, and so far only 1 bug. Henry Kaiser. You give him as intel minister in 36 election, but if you save and exit then come back Freidman returns with Kaiser not even selectable. Checking the save, he was not available until 1944. I edited my save to make it 36, and put him back but you may want to fix that. Otherwise, I will see what happens in the war. At least the manpower is better, though still low during the war imo.

One cannot reasonably draw conclusions on AI performance based on one sole report. In your case, I would rather describe italian behaviour as incidental or very unlikely to happen again (Italy would have performed a lot better if Germany had defeated France by the end of 1940 for example). That does not require any AI change in my opinion.
I am not going to make any AI change anyway as I do not have the time for that right now.

When you start Fall Gelb, how many division do you attack with and how many airplanes?

As UK, in early 1943 I get the event Warsaw Uprising, and I receive 2 garrison divisions in Warsaw. Is this WAD? What am I suppose to do with them, they are in the middle of German controlled territory.

So round 160 divisions (in normal). If i remember me good, because i play now on harder levels. Airforce i use only to push through where its really needed. So for the Netherlands i dont use them and in Belgium only in rare cases if the attack is during too long.

In france i only use them for Paris. Because i hate when they got intercepted, and i need them for Barbarossa.

160??!!
I have like half that:eek:
Is infantry better then motorized?
And light or medium panzers? What of those things shall I build from start?

I don't build MOT or Panzers (read *note*). I use the ones which i start with. So i build only INF and planes.

*Note* This only when i play harder levels. But for people who just start WIF it's a good idea to do this also on the normal level.

If u got the concept right then u can start on normal level to build all. I do that for role/historical play when i start a level at normal.

I am playing a USA campaign, and just got the Italian surrender event. Now I cannot attack the RSI  Why would you set it up that way? In the war, the USA just kept running up the boot.
Attacking Japan just gets harder and harder(in get my ass kicked mode) I tried 3 waves of marines and could not break through. This is good and bad. Japan has annexed Australia, the Philippines, Nepal and Bhutan. I am fighting on both sides of the world, which leaves me understrength in both. I have decided to engage and destroy the IJF as a necessary precursor to the invasion. I usually just try to achieve local naval superiority in order to make my amphibious assaults. Does Japan get free carriers? They have soooo many.

This Italian thing is very irritating. Most of the territory went to the UK even though I took it. I had to retreat from Italy because the UK could not supply me. I lost all my momentum from the attack, and now cannot renew my attack at all. The provinces with beaches are right next to provinces owned by the UK, and thus go to the UK when I land. This is untenable, please fix this event or just disable it altogether.

@sol : I need much more informations on Italian surrender issues in order to resolve them.
Can you please give me a detailed report of events with screenshots and a savegame ?
I can send a save game. Where do you want it? Basically Italy surrendered, the RSI formed. I had military access to Italy but Italy was not at war so I could not attack. I brought transports back from the US where I was picking up more troops in order to amphib assault the next province up which had a beach. Before my troopships arrived, most of the boot became british. My troops were instantly out of supply. I waited a couple days, but started losing strength and the british never established supply even though they had troops of their own on the boot. I used my newly arrived transports to retreat to Algeria. Then I attempted to assault Florence(I think, the next beach up from Rome anyway) but when I landed it went to the UK. At that point I stopped playing. I was trying to decide whether to return to an earlier save, or edit the boot over to me. Let me know where to send the save. Thanks.

Please upload it at sendspace.com. I would also need history.txt file you can find in Doomsday folder.
Did anyone else experience troubles with italian surrender events chain ? I really need to clean this before the final release and in order to do so, i need your feedbacks.

OK here comes the strange part, I have play tested ITA surrender and RSI creation events chain (fixing Messina seceding by the way) and I have absolutely no problem attacking RSI provinces :

I do have a supply issue though as UK AI does not seem to create convoys to supply Italy. Any idea why ?

@HAX : Thank you, that is very kind of you although I have not made this mod all alone. Players have been very helpful (and I hope they will be even more for my future projects) by giving detailed feedbacks about how they play the mod and what modifications they would like me to do.
