I recently learned about titular Kingdoms, so I started a new game at the Bleeding Years bookmark as the Darklyns of Duskendale. After getting my hands on another duchy, I was able to crown myself king of the Darklands, henceforth called "Shadow King", which is uber-cool. I noticed that this new kingdom title is king (LP) tier, though. Shouldn't it be emperor tier to be a proper king title in this mods tier concept?

It's titular kingdoms not titular empires.

Each empire tier title has to be intergrated into the mega war systemwhich takes up a lot of resources. But in game the titular kingdoms represent the old Petty Kingdoms which are not really equivalent to the major Seven Kingdoms which themselves are made up of several of these Petty Kingdoms, so king tier rank for TK seems fitting.
