Slowly but surely we do, all that remains is basically waiting for cores, form Hindustan, then change culture to Saxon, then we will have merciless conquest in every direction!
But on a more serious note I will be trying something new with the next update which should be a interesting experiment aswell, so expect a good old-fashioned update and a new experiment. Update by Thursday.
Hello and I am finally back, although it took a while we can finally get going again and I am aiming to get done with this before EU IV comes out.
The Holy Roman Empire decides that they want to pass another diet, they have now passed two.
The Oirat Horde declares war on me, my reaction "Whaaaat?!". Can't find out where they have a landborder.
Adana, former Ottoman/Karaman? land is converted.
Somehow the Horde has land in the middle east. That is a surprise.
The province they took is back in English hand quite fast, along with a new election Scarlat is allowed to stay in power.
Poland declares war on Bohemia and draws me in, I have no idea when I got into an alliance with them but with the oportunity to weaken Bohemia more I jump in on their side.
Government tech 23 is reached, and with it we can now build colleges.
Our peace with Bohemia, just cut them a little down in size.
Although the war was fought with flatout brute force sieges we didn't really acumulate any war exaustion.
Trade tech 23 is reached which allows us to build post offices, we could then build custom houses afterwards but I've decided not to.
Corwall has been converted.
Peace with the Horde for 0.5 a month and they joining our trade league.
Production and Land technology both reached 23, although I was a little bit triggerhappy and managed to erase the land one...
Heretics of Koch has been converted.
We round up this short update with the news that Austria is the new HRE.
We declined the mission to establish a colony in North America, and got a new one to establish a colony in the Carribbean, will be declined as well simply because I can't allow myself to get any more English provinces, if I do I will have to get rid of one of my English provinces to actually be able to change my culture to form Hindustan.
A slider move became avaliable just before I quit last time, and I move one point towards land as sooner or later we will move mercantilistic on the trade slider.
The heretics of Konya has been converted. Also the term for Scarlat is up but he is allowed to stay in office as I have no plans to conquer anything and has admin 9.
I decide to do expand my merchants markets as I haven't done in a while, and because there are many new markets to trade in.
Bulgaria cores, and with it everything on the Balkans is cored.
I get lucky and get 10k investments in my production technology.
A boundary dispute on georgian cultured Abkhazia gives us a reason to fight Lithuania who has been taking down alot of the hordes.
The war should be won without any problems, two reasons for this, first we have more troops, secondly they have land 17 vs. my land 23.
The heretics of Karaman has been converted.
As you can see our troops are far superior to the Lithuanians.
Another victory along with some investments into government tech, the other choices were a point of stability and 1500 ducats into the treasury.
Suprisingly enough the Lithuanians do not agree to my terms. Oirat Horde in Mamluk lands is once forced to concede defeat.
Mecklenburg became a core aswell.
Lithuania at the verge of giving up, yet when I once again presented my 3 warscore peacedeal they refused it...
Naval Tech 23 is reached.
The "fair" peace deal with Lithuania.
My statesman died and I do not have the culture tradition required to actually get another one, although I should probably get something else at this point.
We end this update with an example of incompetent diplomacy from Scarlat.
