The Russian decline
Just a few months ago, the Russian T-34s made our life (and those of the Germans) quite a risky job. Now, they have stopped their production, with Stalingrad in our hand, the oilfields captured and the frontlines of the German and Chinese armies only a few dozen kilometres away near the black sea, this early winter has been disastrious for the Red Army.
With their remaining armies mostly focusing on stopping the Germans by now, it's getting easier every day to advance. Apparently, they realised it's lost and that they'll be better off under Chinese control rather than having the Germans ruling over them. Good choice, I say.
And we just got those even more modern weapons available now. Panthers, meet the new All-Chinese Panzerfaust. First development will be in the Balkans, where the last deployment from Nanjing will just arrive shortly.
Finally, we reach a breakthrough in the technics of rocketry. Time to bring China back to where it was once, leading in rocket technology.
With the war going well, our internal production is making progress as well, with the last ressource enhancements being finished.
Late February, the Northern Front reaches the outskirts of Moscow. Freezing cold, the Russians throw in their last regiments. Too bad for them we've fresh reserves available. From Northern Manchuria.
Days later, under massive pressure, a breakthrough as close as 200m towards the Kreml is reached. Stalin flees the city!
With the new divisions pushing towards Italy, eventually even the German can't stop our push in the Balkans, and Yugoslavia is signing the capitulation. They were the bravest nation of all Balkan to fight us. Might they pick their allies better...
The Red Flag is replaced by the White Sun, Moscow has fallen. And there isn't anywhere East to retreat, this time. Napoleon, we've learned from you.
Newest reports from the American Headquarter in Spain (AHS) indicate that the Germans have less available forces in Spain than ever. Apparently, those fresh divisions that tried pushing us off in the Balkans weren't really fresh, but rather re-deployed from the Spanish theater. With Japanese and Australian support, the US troops are pushing forward towards Madrid, again. And this time, the Germans don't have their hands free to support Franco with anything he wants.
Venice is liberated in our attempt to cut off Italy from their German allies. Germanies lines are stretched thin, but with the Russians barely able to fight anymore, they might not be death yet. The frontlines of Germand and Chinese forces in Russia haven't meet yet, it seems that neither side wants it yet. Russian commanders describe the situation as "weirdest thing ever experienced". They don't have bullets left to fight us, but don't get crushed from any side. Yet.
quaazi: It seems the Russians somehow shifted their main priority back to fight the Germans. Poor AI, but it gave a good show for the money. They had no chance against two enemies. Germany seems to be running out of everything be now, the WW1-style war in Spain certainly haven't helped them.
I stretched myself too thin in Yugoslavia, especially after I lost 5 of my best divisions due to encirclement. But with another transport fleet arriving recently, I got enough fresh men for the push into Italy.
Zeldar155: Unfortunately no such state exists in AoD. I don't think an Austrian-Hungary can be created. Everything but Czechoslovakia is gone now.
