Visiting Queen Elizabeth II not for the marriage of Will and Kate

In Scotland, Chinese and British soldiers were locked in trenches and progress seemed impossible. However, the British had sent almost all their reserves North as they didn't anticipated our campaign against France to be such a swift success.

Field Marshal Tong, one of the best tank leaders around our ranks, have rushed along the coastline reaching American Spain on the 11th April. Despite having to cross mountains, his experienced troops cross the boarder and make way towards Madrid.

88305492.jpg

With our main naval taskforce in the North Sea, the British older Royal Navy, despite superior numbers, can't stop the landing in Dover, where some of the troops just finished the campaign against France are now landing on the British Island.

82893339.jpg

At the very same time, two more, even though smaller, landings are attempted in Edinburgh and Sunderland. British high command most go pretty nuts right now.

45588951.jpg

Tong's tanks are running havoc in the American interior, with Infantery quite a bit behind, but eventually the damage his run towards Madrid is causing in the lines of the Americans will prove highly important for victory in the Spanish campaign.

London is assaulted by over 200.000 of our finest men, the Queen is evacuated to Canada.

Chinese troops parade under Big Ben. The capital of the British Empire is in Chinese hands.

To prepare the landing in Iraq, the Arabian peninsula is attacked with Oman falling first. This base will be used as well for the liberation of East Africa soon.

63788095.jpg

The battle of Saragossa is the American attempt of stopping the linkup between our infantery armies and the forward army of Tong, eventually we're able to crush their defenses but both side take heavy looses.

90760482.jpg

Our massive helicopter force has crushed Australia complete, already our men and equipment are on the way towards New Zealand with just a few left behind to watch the future of Australia.

Yes! Yes! Use all of the koalas and kangaroos to defeat the Allied dogs!

It sure is good to have AoD and its supply system.

Kiwis for breakfast

To give the mates no worries, they're quickly released again. Hurray!

The American GIs give our advancing armies a hard fight, especially as our troops are already a bit stretched after having marched through the Lowlands and France. But more than a handfull of trucks would suck up all the precious oil.

34767643.jpg

Eventually, our frontline reaches Glasgow, now we're able to push on the British forces from two directions and slowly but steadily they're sent Northwards.

15407615.jpg

Field Marshall Mountbatton, an experienced leader of the Second World War against the Nazis, is leading the modern British tanks, but numbers are clearly not in his favour.

17996662.jpg

Still, he manages to slow us down for a while, costing us a lot of brave soldiers, but our ranks can be refilled quickly, his can't at all.

19298885.jpg

The Marines having some fun days in New Zealand, certainly they weren't prepared for a few thousand chopters driving by.

37959276.jpg

After a few weeks of heavy fighting, the American lines are eventually broken and Chinese troops are on the way to liberate all of the iberian peninsula.

83602346.jpg

Returning from New Zealand, Guadalcanal is quickly token. Now it's all way North-East.

89069826.jpg

Nepal is annexed, they gave us quite a fight with their huge army but eventually without any help from India were forced to surrender.

21428701.jpg

quaazi: Yes, that's one of the improvements I absolutely love about AoD. Great to see you still following :)

SovietAmerika: I've got a little Koala for my bag last month when personally invading Australia, it already broke. For sure wasn't Made in China ;)

Jumping the pound Now with 40% more spelling errors due to 4 Tsingtaos inside

A slightly damaged but still pretty much afloat fleet reaches the Northern American mainland for a quick visit on the 1st June. Unfortunately, scare supplies means no invasion possible on time for 4th July celebration, too bad.

69992307.jpg

A day too late, another fleet drops some troops against the Newfoundland guards. Unfortunately, they as well took too little supplies to manage a continual invasion. Back to England with you.

Spain almost completely freed, opening up the Med for our navies, and allowing the Italian Regia Marina to help us on the Atlantic.

97057504.jpg

Spain and Portugal are released from American rule after our troops finish the liberation process. Huge celebrations all over the countries. Not so huge ones in Barcelona, apparently.

51311024.jpg

Apparently the people of Yemen has some problems to remember more than 3 different ministers.

22950685.jpg

Landing in Suez, the canal is also taken under control. Now with the route through the Med completely open, supplies can be much easier transported to the Azores, making our fleet able to supply much easier. America, here we come!

88211352.jpg

When our home navy patrols the seas close to Guam, they notice a huge amount of troops on the island. Some spy reports are quickly transmitted, apparently this was the force that the Americans sent to capture Japan and later should have landed in Shanghai, before their fleet was intercepted by the Chinese and Japanese fleets.

24815135.jpg

Early July, we're back in Canada. With supplies now steadily flowing, our Marines clear the way.

26355229.jpg

General Zhu and his mobile infantery squads are land dropped to fight off some bugs. Just having finished off some British in Scotland a few weeks ago, they're ready for battle in a completely alien territory.

80265909.jpg

Unfortunately, the Canadians are quickly supported by heavy American divisions, equipped with most modern flamethrowers they're able to stop our advance towards Rivière-du-Loup, meaning we'll have to wait for the next convoy from Europe to bring new armies over. And the American navy is trying hard to stop those.

Having liberated Jerusalem, the Chinese gouvernment immediately solved the problem the British never did: A multiethnic, multireligious state of Palestine was founded. Great joy on most people in the land between the Med and the Dead Sea, with all extremists offered immediate departure.

A month after the first Chinese soldier has set ashore in North America, the Northern American Defense Union (NADU) was sending more and more troops to send us back into the sea, but so did we, sending more and more troops to march forward. Field Marshall Patton was leading the first major counter offensive against Greenville.

52968011.jpg

Pearl Harbor is attacked by a massive forces of Marines, and despite well prepared defenders, they stand no chance.

11701690.jpg

Liberia is now indeed free ;)

51414918.jpg

The battle for Pearl Harbor is won, the American Pacific fleet is forced to retreat.

29176480.jpg

Despite less well organised, our tanks were able to repell them in Greenville.

69413570.jpg

The assault on Boston. At this moment, our commands were thinking to be in Washington within a few days, but just now the Americans have finished from peace onto total war program.

30684537.jpg

The Chinese Pacific Fleet is rebased to Pearl Harbor. Convoys are set up to supply this very last base before the American West Coast.

South Africa fells quickly after our Indian Ocean fleet makes it's way down from Arabia to drop a few armies by on their tour around Africa.

By 'mid August 1954, almost a million Chinese soldiers have been transported to the American continent, but the NADU troops were growing in numbers every day. President Stevenson announced "10.000 soldiers are equipped every day, 100 planes produced, 1 ship a day finished! We aren't dead, we will fight back, we will kill them! All Hail America!"

Too bad for him we're having 20.000 Americans every day as prisoners, the Chinese airforce is shooting down 200 planes a day and 3 ships are sunk daily.

60702174.jpg

Finish off the last European London Pact players

Another NADU attack fails, this time we're able to hold Concord against their heavy assaults.

88997055.jpg

The attack on New York seems at first to be an easy one, just a few tenthousand enemy soldiers are holding the big apple.

70992292.jpg

France is annexed.

84543226.jpg

So is Britain a day later.

12329189.jpg

The USA are now the leader of whatever left, and despite our very friendly peace offers are refusing to accept any treaty. Well, so shall it be then.

37649261.jpg

Sending in massive reinforcements, we've to abandon the attack on New York.

53658744.jpg

The United Kingdom is released, now fighting on the side of democracy and freedom agains the NADU.

48047868.jpg

After a few weeks of rest, our Navy loaded with our bravest Marines reach the American West coast.

39940475.jpg

Belgium is freed as the last European power when we're eventually reaching their last hideouts in Africa.

38397456.jpg

More fronts (because more is always better)

The tank battle of Sherbrooke was one of the very few battles were equally equipped tank armies were fighting each other with neither side having air superiority.

85109402.jpg

Using the Caribbean ports, some of our Marines took a little trip to Venezuela. Lots of cute girls, they told.

68010763.jpg

Eventually, we're able to defend against the American attack in Sherbrooke. A few more battles like this and they'll run into serious issues. We won't..

11654296.jpg

7th October, roughly half a year after our liberation move against the London pact, we've made two strong landings against whatever left of the pact, now calling themselves NADU since the capitulation of their allies.

63632544.jpg

Another NADU attack is stopped, this time against the important town of Montpelier.

44242370.jpg

Keeping us on the defence, the frontline has been pretty static for the last few weeks.. and as their troops are making a breakthrough harder every day, our high command will soon pull out a surprise for them.

22506142.jpg

Another American attack stopped, they're slowly running out of men to replace their fallen soldiers.

19582223.jpg

Our sneak attack against the Soft Underbelly of America (tm) has been a full success. Without much troops to defend the South, our soldiers quickly advance into all directions. Washington ahead!

30194833.jpg

Good bye Washington D.C. - Hello Dr. Sun Yat-Sen City

Alexander von Falkenhausen, fully reincorporated into the Chinese military after the liberation of Germany, is now leading it's most crucial command with the assault on Washington D.C.

22326348.jpg

And quickly is victorious.

51075793.jpg

A bit more North, despite winter having set in, Field Marshal Patton has now fully mobilised it's reserved and is trying to strike through the Chinese lines. In an all or nothing battle, he's using whatever left of his troops, and pushing forward almost a million American troops against the Chinese armies.

12271831.jpg

Our ressources having run quite low, but with the capture of the main American ressource depots, it is expected to improve quickly.

61529962.jpg

Chinese tanks rolling through Washington. Note the improved ressources situation. Washington is renamed into "Dr. Sun Yat-Sen City"

98994314.jpg

Within a week, Falkenhausen breaks through any resistance, now only New York between him and Chiang Kai Sheek in Worcester. Operation "Apple Pie" is starting.

92605309.jpg

The defenders are well organised, but we've plenty of reserves.

40659157.jpg

While the resistance is still hard North of New York, on the Midwest our tanks are rolling almost unopposed towards Northern America.

24242597.jpg

After several weeks of brutal assaults, Patton has to admit defeat. With his last strong reserves defeated, and no fresh troops available, the Chinese troops are pushing forward.

58374465.jpg

VICTORY!

Chinese troops secure the Panama canal, little defense is put up from the American garrison, they understand the war is over.

32767205.jpg

After weeks of heavy bombardment, the defenders of New York are capitulating. Falkenhausen from the West and Chiang Kai Shek from the East are liberating the city at the very same time.

35691004.jpg

A week after the liberation of New York, Chinese troops are marching rapidely towards the last unfreed cities of Northern America.

77678368.jpg

The last naval victory of the United States. As they've managed to attack the former state of Liberia, DDR troops had freed that region only to be attack by American GIs quickly again. Our liberation force got surprised and massively beaten by the last active NADU fleet. Fortunately, almost all of our sailors manage to swim to land, as the warm water does allow.

62757463.jpg

Now pushing forward to finish the war, Kingston is falling and eventually all American troops are on full retreat.

58449112.jpg

Canada is capitulating on the 13th February 1955. Eh?

30590944.jpg

Milwaukee, the last hideout of the American president, is under massive attack from three directions, quickly taken by our mobile troops.

94954465.jpg

On the 15th February, the former American president Adlai Stevenson is signing the capitulation of the remaining London Pact troops in Dr. Sun Yat-Sen City.

PEACE! There is PEACE!

83703936.jpg

Aftermath: Within a few weeks of the complete victory, the Chinese gouvernment declares that only a world gouvernment can bring an end to any conflict. Within the next 9 months, all remaining states are joining the World Peace Gouvernment, located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.

In 1959, the first men is sent into space, opening up a whole new area for exploration.

With peace all across the globe, quickly prosperity is spreading.

In 1967, the first men is making it's appearance on the moon, the Earth trabant. A small step for men, a big step for the world.

In 1972, the space station 和平 (Peace) is established. Using 和平, the first mission to Mars is pushed forward. In 1979, the first men are making their steps on the Red Planet. Within 20 years, a permanent settlement of 2.000 citizens is established, fully self-sufficient. Victory of humanity, as borders aren't needed anymore.

I'd like to thank to all readers and especially those leaving comments, you've motivated me to finish this AAR from it's humble beginnings of Uniting China to Defeating Japan, the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany and eventually the whole Allies (London Pact).

Now I finally can patch up to 1.07 and leading other nations to their place in the sun.. oh wait, this isn't Vicky after all ;)

btw the last couple update were written under more and more influence from Tsingtao, Tiger and Calanda, probably three of the very best beers from their places. And while I've written this sentence, I've tooken the last sip of my last reserve, so it's time to wish good night to you, and hope you've all enjoyed this AAR!

Dear lord, that's the Axis gone, the Allies on its last few dying breaths, the Comintern was slaughtered a long time ago. You may now truly call China the ruler of the world at this point... Unless a few nukes start going off in Beiping and Nanjing, of course. :p

THis is excellent but a deep source of personal shame that it finished before mine did. (which is not dead, but the computer containing the screens is, and while I think I saved them, the lack of photoshop has put the kaibosh on updates.)

Well done, sir, well done.

(though tsingtao is not the best Chinese beer, that honor goes to Blue Sword from Sichuan)

Thank you so much. Never tried Blue Sword, for sure will have to try it out one day. But my travel to China usually only includes the Shanghai-Nanjing-Hangzhou area, where you've usually the choice between Jingling Beer and Tsingtao.

If you're looking for a good, free graphical tool, I would suggest using Paint.NET. While I haven't used it on this AAR, it is very usefull when combining layers or changing pictures to a degree that I otherwise only know from expensive (and user-unfriendly) tools.

Without your help regarding the tech teams issue I had on this game, I probably couldn't have finished it that way (it wouldn't have been fun, and since those issues, exactly 0 work was done besides playing the game, making me advance quite quickly.)

Some things from AoD in 1.04 also helped me quite a lot, especially the rather cheap cost to improve Infra, plus coupled with all National Focuses on Industrial and Infrastructure it allowed me to push my Infra in around 20 "core" provinces up to 200 (I've had, besides that, a line of Infra of at least 100 into all directions built (Till Manchuria, Hainan, Urumqui) so that ESE wasn't too low.)

Those things helped for sure, but even with 1.07 I'm pretty sure it would have been possible to do something quite similar. My army for the war against whatever left of the Allies was certainly a bit too big (150 divisions less would have done it all-in-all, maybe even 300 divisions less if I had used my Allies (Especially DDR and Russia) divisisions more against France-American Spain and to defend the coastline. But what's the fun of that ;)

Btw, this AAR was played (and partly written) in quite a few countries: Switzerland, P.R. China, Macao, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Belgium, Australia and Spain. And couple of hours in the air.

Uh, wouldn't it be god bless America? Ah who cares this AAR is great.

Wow can't believe it went from defending China to conquering the whole world. I can't even defeat Japan, but I never fully tried.

Well done! This has been an amazing ride!:)
